Saw III (2006) [Amanda Young]: Shot in the neck by Angus Macfadyen; she dies shortly afterwards while Tobin Bell explains how she failed him. (Her body is shown again afterwards in the sequel Saw IV. Despite her character's death, she appears in flashback in the original Saw sequels. She also appears in the prequel Saw X which takes place between Saw 1 and Saw 2).
30 Days of Night: Dust to Dust (2008) [Detective Gina Harcourt]: Bitten and drained of blood by a female vampire in the shower.
The Grudge 3 (2009) [Dr. Sullivan]: Neck snapped and head torn off by Aiko Horiuchi in the hospital.
Kill Speed (2010) [Honey (uncredited)]: Killed in an explosion when the trailer she's in catches fire and explodes having been accidentally shot by Tom Arnold while she's being used as a human shield by mob assassins.

The Stand (1994) [Julie Lawry]: Killed by a supernatural force when she stumbles against Sam Anderson's body, which is still crackling with the mystical power. (See also Katherine McNamara in the 2020 version.)
The X-Files: Firewalker (1994) [Jessie O'Neil]: Killed when a silicon-based organism bursts out of her throat after growing from a spore, shortly after trying to expose Gillian Anderson to the Infection; her body is shown again afterwards being carried away by Bradley Whitford.
