Land of the Dead (2005) [Mike]: After being bit by a zombie, he shoots himself in the head, rather than return to life as a zombie.
Skinwalkers (2006) [Adam]: Shot in the chest by Sarah Carter while he's restrained in the van. (Thanks to Cody)
Edge of Darkness (2010) [David Burnham]: Shot in the head (off-screen) by an assassin. His body is later shown.
Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2017) [Albert Wesker]: Has part of his leg sliced off by an automatic door after being fired by Milla Jovovich, as the security system was previously unable to harm him due to him being an Umbrella employee. Shawn eventually dies of his wounds and drops the detonator he had been holding, causing the entire building to explode.
XXX: Return of Xander Cage (2017) [Jonas]: Dies of head injuries after he strikes his head on a banister beam as he falls down a stairwell during a shootout and martial arts struggle with Vin Diesel and Donnie Yen.

Flashpoint: Behind the Blue Line (2009) [Darren Kovacs]: Shot in the head with a sniper rifle by Hugh Dillon in a sports arena, after Shawn suicidally points his own gun at David Paetkau (this death appears again as a flashback in the 2011 episode Fault Lines).
Psych: Tuesday the 17th (2009) [Billy]: Electrocuted when Elden Henson pushes Shawn into a fusebox with a mop. The scene ends as Elden approaches with the mop; his body is not shown.
Motive: Raw Deal (2014) [Kevin Carptener]: Killed by David Alpay after putting a bunch of pills in his coffee.
