- Dune (2021) [Dr. Liet Kynes]: Stabbed from behind by one of Stellan Skarsgård's men before being eaten (along with her assailants) by the sandworm she summoned. (See Max von Sydow for the 1984 version.)
Television Deaths[]
- EastEnders: Episode 3853 (4 September 2009) [Trina Johnson]: Has her throat impaled onto a rake after being shoved by Don Gilet.
- Doctor Who: The Waters of Mars (2009) [Margaret "Maggie" Cain]: Infected by the Flood virus which changed her body form. She is later killed in an explosion caused by a nuclear device detonated by Lindsay Duncan.
