- Scary Movie 4 (2006) [Shaq]: Poisoned (off-screen) when the aliens release poison gas into the room, after Dr. Phil McGraw fails to escape their deathtrap. The scene ends just as Dr. Phil dies; Shaquille's skeleton is shown afterwards when Craig Bierko, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall discover him in the tripod (with Regina mistaking his skeleton for dinosaur bones).
