- The Order (The Sin Eater) (2003) [Mara Sinclair]: Wrist slashed (off-screen) by Benno Furmann; she dies shorty after Heath Ledger discovers her and "eat her sin."
- Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) [The Pink-Haired Girl]: Shot in the chest by Rockmond Dunbar in her apartment; she dies shortly after falling to the floor and seeing Robert Downey Jr. hiding under the bed.
- Wristcutters: A Love Story (2006) [Mikal]: Dies (off-screen) of a drug overdose, shorty before her first appearance; she appears as a spirit in the afterlife for suicides, and her body is shown in a brief flashback when she explains to Patrick Fugit that she didn't commit suicide and is there by mistake. She is brought back to life when Tom Waits corrects the error and sends her back.
- The Day (2011) [Shannon]: Throat slit (having been stabbed and slashed in various parts of her body with a stone knife) by Steffi Hagel (in revenge for her brother's death) in the woods as Shannyn is trying to escape.
- Ghost Light (2018) [Liz Beth Stevens]: Commits suicide by drinking poison during a play; she later reappears as a ghost.
Television Deaths
- Dirt: Pilot (2007) [Kira Klay]: Dies of a drug overdose. Her body is shown during her funeral in the following episode (Blogan). (Shannyn appears as a vision in Ian Hart's imagination in a few subsequent episodes.)
- Sleepy Hollow: Ragnarok (2016) [Pandora]: Killed by the Horseman.
- Wayward Pines: City Upon a Hill (2016) [Theresa Burke]: Dies from her wounds due to an Abbie attack.

- Hitman: Absolution (2012) [Jade Nguyen]: Killed by David Bateson in a graveyard; the exact nature of her death is decided by the player.
