Film Deaths
- Live and Let Die (1973) [Hamilton (voice, uncredited)]: Stabbed to death by Alvin Alcorn, after Robert inquires about a fake funeral procession; his body is then placed into the empty coffin.
TV Deaths
- Doctor Who: The Gunfighters (1966) [Seth Harper]: Shot by Anthony Jacobs before Rimmer can shoot him first.
- Coronation Street (13th January 1970) [Joe Donelli]: Ends a siege he started by shooting himself.
- Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons: Special Assignment (1967) [Mason]: Gets run over by Captain Black (Donald Gray) and is then reconstructed by the Mysterons. The duplicate survives the episode.
- Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons: Inferno (1968) [SKR4 Pilot]: Killed when his spacecraft is destroyed in an asteroid collision. The ship is then reconstructed by the Mysterons, minus the bodies of the pilot and navigator.
