- Resident Evil: Afterlife (2010) [Angel Ortiz]: Shot in the head by Kim Coates, when Sergio explains that he needs more time to fix their escape vehicle, while Norman Yeung looks on in shock.
- Rambo V: Last Blood (2019) [Hugo Martínez] Shot with arrows by Sylvester Stallone in both his shoulders and both legs, pinning him against barn doors. Sylvester then tells Sergio that he will show him how it feels to lose his heart, as Sylvester experienced when Yvette Monreal died, before plunging his knife into Sergio's chest, cutting him open, and then grabbing his heart and ripping it out. Sergio survives long enough to see his own heart, before dying.
- Meg 2: The Trench (2023) [Montes]: Kicked from a pier into the mouth of the jumping megalodon by Jason Statham, just before Sergio could shoot Jason.
