Film Deaths[]

The Fugitive (1993) [Helen Kimble]: Accidentally shoots herself in the stomach during a struggle with Andreas Katsulas (who she tried to shoot in self defense, but he turned the gun on her and bludgeons her in the head with a metal ball), then dies after calling 911. The murder is shown during the opening credits, and again in flashbacks during Harrison Ford's trial. Her body is also shown (in negative-image still frames) lying on the floor when the police investigate, then again as Harrison tearfully holds her (See also Diane Brewster in the TV series).
Independence Day: Resurgence (2016) [President Lanford]: Killed (off-screen), along with Patrick St. Esprit and everyone else inside the bunker, when the aliens attack and invade it. (The DVD includes a deleted death scene where she is crushed when the alien queen steps on her.)

Killer Rules (1993; TV Movie) [Dorothy Wade]: Shot to death. (Thanks to Big O)
Almost Golden: The Jessica Savitch Story (1995; TV Movie) [Jessica Savitch]: Drowned after her car accidentally goes into a canal. (I haven't seen this movie myself, so I don't know whether the fatal accident was actually depicted or whether the movie ended before her death.)
Westworld: Vanishing Point (2018) [Juliet]: Commits suicide (possibly by slitting her wrists) in the bathtub. Her body is seen when Ed Harris discovers her.
