- Mindfield (1989) [Rudy]: Shot by the police.
- Run (1991) [Marvin "Marv"]: Falls to his death when Patrick Dempsey pushes Sean off the roof of Ken Pogue's building, after Sean reaches for his gun during a struggle.
- Affliction (1997) [Evan Twombley]: Dies of an accidental self-inflicted gun shot after falling off a rock ledge during a deer hunt. A later scene shows an alternative, imagined scenario for Sean's death (taking place in the mind of Nick Nolte) where he's intentionally shot by Jim True-Frost.

- Friday the 13th: The Series: The Prisoner (1989)[Vince Ventura]: Shot to death with his own gun by the invisible Larry Joshua in a warehouse, while Sean and his son (Steve Monarque) are struggling with Larry.
- Friday the 13th: The Series: Bad Penny (1989) [Vince Ventura]: After being brought back to life when his son (Steve Monarque) uses the cursed coin to resurrect him, he later dies once again when Steve reluctantly uses the coin to drain his life-force.
