Doctor Who: The Christmas Invasion (2005) [Sycorax Leader]: Playing the leader of an alien clan, he falls to his death when David Tennant throws a satsuma at a button revealing a trapdoor of Sean's spaceship, after he refused to surrender to David's command and then tried to attack him again, after David beat him in combat.
Life on Mars Episode 18 (2007) [Leslie Johns]: Shot multiple times in the chest by John Simm, as he's about to shoot a wounded Philip Glenister.
The Last Kingdom: Season 1 Episode 8 (2015) [Wulfhere]: Stabbed in the chest by Adrian Bower during a battle, after he turns against their Saxon army going over to side with the Dane army instead.

Death in Paradise: Somewhere in Time (2021) [Skip Marsden]: Smothered with a blanket by Lewis Reeves.
Slow Horses: Spook Street: Returns (2024) [Sam Chapman]: Beaten to death with his own baton by Tom Wozniczka, after Sean refuses to give Tom the information he needs. His dead body is found by Gary Oldman in the episode Hello Goodbye.

Alien: Isolation (2014) [Henry Marlow]: After being knocked unconscious by Emerald O'Hanrahan, Sean is killed off-screen in an explosion when his ship's reactor overloads, having sabotaged it in a kamikaze attempt to destroy Sevastopol and wipe out the xenomorphs.
