- Doctor Who: Dragonfire (1987) [Zed]: Attempting to escape, he is killed by Edward Peel's frozen touch.
- London's Burning: Series 9, Episode 5 (1996) [John Hallam]: Accidentally falls to the death on a Warehouse Fire 'shout' when a gantry collapsed and he fell 80 feet (24 m) while Michael Garner rescues the panicked boy from the gantry fall, later dies of a cardiac arrest as a sad Kim Clifford looks in disbelief as she cries for help him, but it's too late.
