Where the Day Takes You (1992) [Greg]: Dies of a drug overdose in a bathroom.
Borderland (2007) [Randall]: Hacked to death with a machete by Brian Presley.
Dead Ant (2017) [Art]: Killed by mutated ants, while Rhys Coiro and Cameron Richardson in vain try to help him. Later in the movie, parts of his mangled body are found by his friends.
Justice League Dark: Apokolips War (2020; animated) [Billy Batson/Shazam]: Blown up with lightning he summoned from the sky, in an effort to take as many Paradooms with him, after being overwhelmed by them.
Vindicta (2023) [Rick]: Bleeds to death while talking to Elena Kampouris, after previously being stabbed by Daniel Cudmore.
Love Hurts (2025) [Cliff Cussik]: Fatally stabbed in the eye by Daniel Wu's boba tea straw, after Sean said that despite Daniel's biological brother Ke Huay Quan was a hitman before being a realtor, he saw the change and calling him his "brother". This made Daniel proclaim that Ke Huay is his brother and takes Sean's hat with him.

Harrison Bergeron (1995) [Harrison Bergeron]: Committed suicide by shooting himself through the mouth (off-screen), blood is shown splattered on the wall behind him, and his body is later shown.
24: Day 5: 7:00 PM-8:00 PM (2006) [Lynn McGill]: Poisoned by nerve gas, after he sacrifices himself by going out into the contaminated area to operate the computer and clear the building of the gas.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Panic in the Sewers (2012; animated) [Raphael]: Beaten to death by the Shredder (Kevin Michael Richardson) in Splinter's (Hoon Lee) dream; he survives the episode in reality.
The Strain: Creatures of the Night (2014) [Jim Kent]: Shot in the head several times by Kevin Durand, in order to prevent Sean from turning into a vampire, after it is revealed that he had been bitten and infected by one of the creatures.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Osoroshi no Tabi (2017; animated) [Raphael]: Killed in a fire explosion caused by Jei (Keone Young) in a magically induced dream; he survives the episode in reality.
Stranger Things: Chapter Eight: The Mind Flayer (2017) [Bob Newby]: Mauled by Demodogs as Winona Ryder watches in horror.
