- Angel: The Ring (2000) [Jack MacNamara]: Shot to death by his Brother (Douglas Roberts) while he was taken Hostage by David Boreanaz in a Attemp to free himself and the other Slaved demons.
- Oz: Exeunt Omnes (2003) [Cyril O' Reily]: Executed by the electric chair.
- NCIS: Judge, Jury... (2019) [Westley Clark]: Shot in the chest (off-screen) by an unknown shooter. His body is shown when Rocky Carroll and Mark Harmon discover him with Dionne Gipson beside him. His full death scene was revealed an episode later (...and Executioner) and it was Dionne who shot him in self-defense.
