- Trapped Ashes (2006) [Henry]: Strangled by the tentacle/tail of the demon-possessed Lara Harris after he mistakenly believes he’s rescued her from hell, some time before the story begins. (It’s revealed at the end that all the characters telling their stories are already ghosts; Scott’s death is shown in a flashback when Henry Gibson reminds Scott and Lara how their story actually ended).
