- Dawn of the Dead (Zombi) (1978) [Roger]: Dies of infection after being bitten on the arm and leg by zombies. He later returns as a zombie and is shot in the head (off-screen) by Ken Foree; we only hear a gunshot after Ken points his revolver at Scott.
