- Doctor Who: Day of the Daleks (1972) [Boaz]: Killed in an explosion when he sacrifices himself by attaching a bomb to a Dalek.
- Doctor Who: Image of the Fendahl (1977) [Maximillian Stael]: Commits suicide (off-screen) by shooting himself, after being immobilized by Wanda Ventham's powers. (The script originally called for an on-camera suicide, but it was vetoed for being too dark).
