Scream 3 (2000) [Roman Bridger]: Shot in the head by David Arquette after David shoots him repeatedly in the chest but only hits Scott's bulletproof vest, while his half-sister (Neve Campbell) and Courteney Cox look on, having first been stabbed twice with an ice pick and his own knife by his half-sister. His body is later seen as she cries in a corner. (Thanks to Irene, Corey, Cid, Nick, and Alli)
Below (2002) [Coors]: Killed by accidentally falls himself into the water over the overboard after being hit in the head by the mysterious man.

Scrubs: My White Whale (2003) [Sean]: In a fantasy sequence, he is drowned after Zach Braff and Sarah Chalke throw a tied up Scott in the water from their row boat. (Scott survives the episode in reality.) (Played for comic effect.)
Grey's Anatomy: Dark Was the Night (2011) [Henry Burton]: Dies in surgery meant to remove a tumor from his heart, his body is shown again in the morgue when his wife (Kim Raver) goes to see him.
True Blood: Everbody Wants to Rule the World (2012) [Patrick Devins]: Shot in the head by Todd Lowe. His body is then taken away by the Ifrit demon.
