- Honeymoon in Vegas (1992) [Betsy/Donna]: Playing a dual role, "Donna" dies (off-screen) of skin cancer some time before the movie takes place; "Donna" appears only in flashbacks when James Caan notices "Betsy's" resemblance to his late wife. (Thanks to PortsGuy)
- Hocus Pocus (1993) [Sarah Sanderson]: Executed by hanging (along with Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy); we only see their feet dangling after the drop. After they return to life through a magical spell, Sarah dies once again when she explodes after the sun rises.
- Mars Attacks! (1996) [Nathalie Lake]: Killed in the crash of the Martian spaceship where she and Pierce Brosnan were held captive. At this point, both Sarah and Pierce are disembodied (but still living) heads.
