- Honeymoon in Vegas (1992) [Betsy Nolan/Donna Korman]: Playing a dual role, "Donna" dies (off-screen) of skin cancer some time before the movie takes place; "Donna" appears only in flashbacks when James Caan notices "Betsy's" resemblance to his late wife.
- Hocus Pocus (1993) [Sarah Sanderson]: Executed by hanging (along with Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy); we only see their feet dangling after the drop. After they return to life through a magical spell, Sarah dies once again when she explodes after the sun rises.
- Mars Attacks! (1996) [Nathalie Lake]: Dies/drowns when the Martian spaceship where she and Pierce Brosnan's disembodied (but still living) heads are being held crashes into the ocean.
- Hocus Pocus 2 (2022) [Sarah Sanderson]: Disintegrates into dust, along with Kathy Najimy, after Bette Midler unknowingly sacrifices their lives in order for her to complete a ritual to gain the ultimate magic.
