Final Destination 2 (2003) [Shaina McKlank]: Killed in a car crash/explosion (along with Alejandro Rae and Shaun Sipos) when a truck collides with their car, after Michael Landes makes A.J. Cook get out of the car.
Skinwalkers (2006) [Katherine]: Shot in back by Elias Koteas in the van, just as Sarah is about to kill Matthew Knight.
Confessions of a Go-Go Girl (2008) [Angela Lucas]: Suffers cardiac arrest (off-screen) due to an adverse reaction to anesthesia (caused by her cocaine addiction) while preparing for breast augmentation; her death is revealed when Terry David Mulligan reveals the news of her death to Chelsea Hobbs.
Guardian (2014) [Paquita]: Shot through her lower stomach by Tio Pakusodewo as she was trying to kill another man. She died losing a lot of blood.

The Twilight Zone: Sunrise (2003) [Amber]: Stabbed to death by Jonathan Jackson as Michael Pena and Lauren Lee Smith restrain her. (Thanks to Eloy & Connie)
Smallville: Pariah (2005) [Alicia Baker]: Hanged by Derek Hamilton (off screen), to make her murder look like suicide. Her body is shown afterwards when Tom Welling discovers her and takes her down. (Thanks to Alex)
Rogue: A Piece of Wood (2016) [Harper Deakins]: Shot in the throat by Ashley Greene. She dies in the arms of her partner Sergio Di Zio.
The Flash: Legacy (2019) [Grace Gibbons]: Fades from existence after Grant Gustin destroys Cicada's dagger and Sarah's younger self (Islie Hirvonen) takes a meta-human cure.
