- Beautiful Blue Eyes (Iron Cross) (2022) [Kashka]: Executed by gassing. Her body is shown afterwards.

- BioShock 2 (2010) [Eleanor Lamb]: Smothered with a pillow by Fenella Woolgar in an attempt to disable the player via their psychic bond; given that the player begins to die as soon as Sarah's heart stops, it's confirmed that she is at least clinically dead. However, Fenella revives her once the player has been captured, and Sarah ultimately survives the game.
