- Adaptation (2002) [Laroche's Mom]: Killed in a car crash when a van hits the back of Chris Cooper's car while Chris is backing out of the driveway and Sandra is in the back seat. (Thanks to Hamish)
TV Deaths[]
- Star Trek: The Man Trap (1966) [M-113 Creature]: Playing a shape-changing alien she is shot in the back with a phaser by DeForest Kelley after she assumes her true appearance to attack William Shatner. She then transforms into her human disguise (Jeanne Bal) and is shot once more in the chest by DeForest as she approaches him; she finally reverts to her alien form again after she dies. (Sandra was wearing heavy make-up for this role) (note: the original site listing had her as Sharon, instead of Sandra.)
- The Stand (1994; TV mini-series) [Woman in Store]: Shot repeatedly in the chest by Richard Lineback during a convenience store robbery.
- CSI: Crash and Burn (2003) [Diane Lambert]: Dies in a car crash after driving her car through a restaurant window.
- Criminal Minds: Protection (2015) [Clara Miller]: Dies (off-screen) of a heart attack after she sees Eric Watson being killed by Joe Adler.
