- The House On Marsh Road (Invisible Creature) (1960) [Valerie Stockley]: Burned to death, along with her lover Tony Wright, when 'Patrick' the Poltergeist sets the house on fire by causing a burning log to fall from the lounge fire, moves an armchair to it to start burning and initially jambs the door on the bedroom so they cannot escape in time. - Alias John Preston (1955)
[Maria/Sylvia in nightmare]:Manually strangled by Christopher Lee. Lee's character, John Preston, is describing his nightmare to a psychiatrist. As Sylvia kisses him, Lee grabs her throat and pushes her downward out of camera view, as we hear her gasp. We see an extended shot of his face as a stranger watches murder through a window. Although described as a nightmare, we learn Lee's character is schizophrenic and did kill her.
