- Blade (1998) [Vanessa Brooks]: Dies in childbirth during a caesarian-section after being bitten on the throat (off-screen) by Stephen Dorff. She later is revealed to have come back to life as a vampire; she dies once again when her son (Wesley Snipes) stabs her in the chest with a bone, She manages to scream before her body disintegrates into dust.
- Out of Time (2003) [Ann Merai Harrison]: Shot in the lateral side of her upper torso by Eva Mendes as Sanaa is about to shoot Denzel Washington.
