Jesus' Son (1999) [Michelle]: Commits suicide by taking an overdose of sleeping pills. We don't see her taking the pills, and she is still alive when Billy Crudup gets into bed with her; her body is shown the next morning when Billy wakes up, finds her note, and discovers that she's died during the night. (Nudity alert: Full frontal & rear)
Enduring Love (2004) [Claire]: Stabbed by Rhys Ifans.
Elizabeth: The Golden Age (2007) [Mary Stuart]: Executed by beheading; the scene cuts away as the blade falls. (Her severed head is shown in a deleted scene in the US DVD.)
Mister Lonely (2007) [Amy Hodge]: Commits suicide by hanging herself.
The Daisy Chain (2008) [Martha Conroy]: Goes into premature labor while struggling with Mhairi Anderson and bleeds to death.
Synecdoche, New York (2008) [Hazel]: Dies (off-screen) of smoke inhalation; her body is shown afterwards.
The Harvest (2013) [Katherine]: Dies when she is caught in the fire in her basement set off by her husband (Michael Shannon)
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them (2016) [Mary Lou]: Killed by Ezra Miller's magical powers right as she is about to beat Ezra and Faith Wood-Blasgrove. Her body is seen again when it is discovered by Colin Farrell.

Cracker: The Big Crunch (1994) [Joanne Barnes]: Dies in hospital as a result of drug and alcohol intake by a religious cult.

The Walking Dead: Walk With Us (2020) [Alpha]: Throat slit and decapitated by Jeffrey Dean Morgan; Her reanimated severed head is shown to Melissa McBride afterwards.
The Walking Dead: Look at the Flowers (2020) [Alpha]: Appearing in the episode as a hallucination and reanimated severed head, Samantha's severed head is stabbed by Ryan Hurst who uses parts of her face to reconstruct half of the mask he wears.
