Dexter: Are We There Yet? (2013) [Zach Hamilton]: Killed (off-screen) by Darri Ingolfsson; His lifeless body is later found by Michael C. Hall in his old apartment with his head sliced open and piece of his brain missing.
The Following: Forgive (2014) [Luke Gray/Mark Gray]: Playing a dual role as twin brothers, "Luke Gray" is shot to death by Jessica Stroup as he attempts to beat Shawn Ashmore with a plank of wood. ("Mark Gray" survives the episode.)
The Following: A Simple Trade (2015) [Mark Gray]: Shot multiple times by Shawn Ashmore after stabbing Shawn in the back four times with a knife as Jessica Stroup looks on.
Fear the Walking Dead: Brother's Keeper (2017) [Jake Otto]: Dies from blood loss after Frank Dillane hacks his arm off with a machete after his arm was bitten by a zombie; Later stabbed in the head by his brother (Daniel Sharman) after reanimation. Sam appears in the episode Sleigh Ride during Kim Dickens' dream sequence along with Daniel, his father (Dayton Callie), Michael Greyeyes, Colman Domingo and Ruben Blades where Michael hacks Sam's arm off with a machete at the dinner table when Kim's dream is corrupted with reality.
