- Peter Gunn: The Kill (1958) [Al Fusary]: Shot to death along with his driver and a henchman by Joe Bassett and Charles Maxwell on Gavin MacLeod's order. They pull Sam's car over as they were impersonating police officers and empty their guns into them. The camera cuts to the hitmen as they begin firing.
