- Blake's 7: Blake (1981) [Jenna Stannis]: Killed in an explosion when she self-destructs her spaceship, some time before the story begins; we learn of her death when Gareth Thomas tells Steven Pacey. Sally doesn't actually appear in this episode, as she had earlier left the series; her last appearance was in the 1979 episode Star One.
