- Never 2 Big (Butter) (1998) [Blusette Ford]: Injected with an overdose of heroin by Donnie Wahlberg while she's taking a bath; her body is shown again afterwards (fully dressed and seated in her living room to cover up the murder) when her brother (Shemar Moore) discovers her, then again later on when Terrence Howard finds her in the apartment where Tony Todd had moved the body. (Thanks to Lilly)
- I Am Legend (2007) [Zoe Neville]: Killed in a helicopter crash (off-screen) along with her daughter (Willow Smith), when another helicopter is damaged and collides with theirs as they're being evacuated; shown in Will Smith's nightmare/flashback, which ends before the impact.

- Silk Stalkings: Wild Card (1992) [Shelley]: Shot in the back of the head (off-screen) by Carol Huston; her body is shown afterwards lying in an alley while Rob Estes and Mitzi Kapture investigate the scene.
- Gargoyles: Deadly Force (1994) [Elisa Maza]: Is temporary clinically dead hours after she was accidentally shot by Broadway (voiced by Bill Fagerbakke). She is revived when the doctors uses the defibrillator on her.
- Bones: Aliens in a Spaceship (2006) [Assistant U.S. Attorney Kim Kurland]: Dies off-screen in a car accident.
