- The Fly II (1989) [Veronica 'Ronnie' Quaife]: Dies in childbirth. (Saffron took over the role originally played by Geena Davis in the 1986 film The Fly.) (Thanks to Johan)
- Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan (1989) [J.J. Jarrett]: Bludgeoned to death with her guitar by Jason (Kane Hodder) in the ship's engine room; we only see a splash of blood on the screen as Jason brings the guitar down. Her body is later shown when Martin Cummins discovers her. (Thanks to Wen)
