Film Deaths[]
- Midway (The Battle of Midway) (1976) [Lt. Tomonaga]: Crashes his plane into the USS Yorktown.
- The Challenge (1982) [Toshio Yoshida]: Thrown with his wheelchair from a moving van by Calvin Jung. After he falls from the van, Sab goes out of control with his wheelchair to a bridge and falls to his death.
- Waterworld (1995) [Elder]: Presumably killed in a battle with the pirate smokers during their raid on the floating Atoll (it's unclear if he died or not during the siege).
TV Deaths[]
- Avatar: The Last Airbender: The Southern Air Temple (2005) [Monk Gyatso]: Killed by enemy soldiers prior to the events of the episode; his skeleton is shown when Zach Tyler Eisen discovers him. (See also Damon Gupton in the 2010 film.)
