Dragon Ball Z: The Return of Cooler (1992; anime) [Cooler]: On top of being blown to pieces by Goku (Masako Nozawa) with an energy blast, he dies for good when Vegeta (Ryo Horikawa) crushes the computer chip from which the Big Gete Star was made, completely destroying him.
Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn (1995; anime) [Frieza]: After escaping from Hell, he gets into a fight with Gohan (Masako Nozawa). Gohan punches Frieza in the gut before blasting him, destroying him.

Dragonball: Goku's Revenge (1988; anime) [Tambourine]: Disintegrated by Goku's (Masako Nozawa) Kamehameha blast after he had attempted to escape after being knocked out by him earlier.
Dragon Ball Z: Welcome Back Goku (1991; anime) [Frieza]: On top of being cut in half by Future Trunks (Takeshi Kusao) in the previous episode, Another Super Saiyan?, he gets chopped into numerous pieces before being blasted into nothing.
Digimon Frontier: End of the Line (2003; anime) [Lucemon]: Slashed ten times by the spirits of the Legendary Warriors who used Susanoomon's (co-voiced by Junko Takeuchi and Hiroshi Kamiya) sword, causing him to disintegrate into smithereens.
Dragon Ball Super: The Earth Explodes? A Decisive Kamehameha (2016; anime) [Frieza]: Shortly after Whis (Masakazu Morita) reverses the time period to when Vegeta (Ryo Horikawa) was about to finish off Frieza with his Big Bang Attack, Frieza gets killed once again, this time by Goku (Masako Nozawa) with a Kamehameha.

Dragon Ball: Episode of Bardock (2011; anime) [Chilled]: On top of being blasted into space by Super Saiyan Bardock (Masako Nozawa), he dies from his wounds on his own spaceship after telling his soldiers to warn his family about Bardock.
