Saving Mr. Banks (2013) [Margaret Goff]: Dies sometime before the film, she is seen in flashbacks, by Emma Thompson.

I Am the Pretty Thing That Lives in the House (2016) [Lily Saylor]: Dies of a fright-induced heart attack after encountering the ghost of Lucy Boynton.
The Little Stranger (2018) [Caroline Ayers]: Falls to her death from the second-floor landing of her manor house.

The Affair: Episode 4.9 (2018) [Alison Bailey]: Shoved headfirst into a cabinet by Ramon Rodriguez. She cracks her skull and dies, and Ramon then throws her body into the ocean.
Luther: Episode 5.4 (2019) [Alice Morgan]: Following a chase, Ruth is left hanging off the side of some scaffolding, holding onto Idris Elba's hand as Idris attempts to pull her to safety. Rather than allow herself to be arrested, Ruth cuts Idris' hand with a knife, causing him to let her go, as she falls to her death.
His Dark Materials: The Clouded Mountain (2022) [Marisa Coulter]: Sacrifices herself, alongside James McAvoy in order to push Alex Hassell into an abyss. Her death is represented by her character's daemon disappearing in front of Dafne Keen's eyes.
