- Citizen Kane (1941) [Emily Monroe Norton Kane]: Dies (off-screen), along with her son (Sonny Bupp) in an accident. (I can't recall the details but I remember that their deaths were mentioned during the account of Orson Welles' life)
- Ride Beyond Vengeance (1966) [Aunt Gussie]: Dies one month after Chuck Connors leaves town and he is told of her death when he returns 11 years later. (Thanks to Brian)
- Deathmask (Unknown) (1984) [Beatrice VandenBerg]: Dies (off-screen) persumably of natural causes. We only hear about her death after the fact when Farley Granger receives the news in his office.

- All My Children (2005; circa January/February) [Phoebe English Wallingford]: Dies (off-screen) of old age/natural causes. (Ruth did not appear in the episode establishing her character's death, as it was filmed after her real-life death) (Thanks to Aaron)
