- Harold and Maude (1971) [Maude]: Commits suicide by taking an overdose of pills; we see her being rushed to the hospital after she tells Bud Cort that she's taken the pills, then see a doctor coming out and informing Bud of her death. (The doctor's scene is silent, but the body language makes it clear that she didn't make it.) Her body is not shown. (Thanks to Mac and Anastasia)
