- Shock (1946) [Mrs. Margaret Cross]: Bludgeoned to death with a candlestick by her husband (Vincent Price) when she threatens to tell all the newspapers about his affair with Lynn Bari which would ruin his psychiatry practice, as Anabel Shaw watches from her balcony.
