- Power Rangers Lost Galaxy: Quasar Quest, Part 2 [Mike Corbett]: Falls into the crevice opened up by Furio (Tom Wyner) as Danny Slavin watches in horror. It was revealed in "Redemption Day" that the Magna Defender (Kerrigan Mahan) saved him from hitting the ground by throwing his sword to pin him to the wall and possesses his body allowing them to come out of the pit several days before setting him free, alive; therefore, Russell survives the series, but this still counts as a death scene as the revelation of his survival wasn't known at the time.
