Russell Balogh (1981 - )
a.k.a. Russell Balough
Film Deaths[]
- Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977) [Ralo Surrel/Red Eleven]: Although this film was made even before Russell was born. His character (as he appeared in the spinoff film Rogue One) is presumably shot down (off-screen) by any TIE Fighters, Death Star Turrets or Darth Vader during the battle of Yavin. (It's arguably whether this counts, but it'll be listed in case).
- Dad's Army (2016) [Lundt]: Shot repeatedly in the chest and stomach during a shootout with Mark Tandy and Andrew Havill on the rooftops. He dies after sending his carrier pigeon (Heinz) with a message to Catherine Zeta-Jones (with Heinz being shot out of the sky by Daniel Mays and Emily Atack).
Television Deaths[]
- Vikings: The Lord Giveth (2020) [Bishop Aldulf]: Stabbed in the side of the neck by Peter Franzén, after he stabs Peter whilst talking to him.
- The Day of the Jackel: Episode 1.07 (2024) [Chris]: Shot to death by security guards, moments after Russell tries and fails to assassinate Khalid Abdalla. His body is shown in the following episode as the police examine the crime scene.
