Rapid Fire (1992) [Agent Klein]: Shot to death by Quentin O'Brien.
Escape from Tomorrow (2013) [Jim]: Dies of "cat flu" in the hotel bathroom, after his son (Jack Dalton) closes the door on him rather than get help. HIs body is shown afterwards when Elena Schuber discovers him the next morning. He reappears at the end of the movie, apparently as a different character, arriving at Disney World with a different family. (The explanation for his reappearance is left to the viewer's interpretation.)
