- Snowpiercer: Ouroboros (2022) [Alexandra Cavill]: During a dream sequence of Daveed Diggs, Alex is killed during a shootout in the train canteen. Alex survives the episode in real life.
- Poker Face: The Orpheus Syndrome (2023) [Lily Albern]: Accidentally drowned while filming an underwater scene for a movie she starred in. We learn later that she died because Maura Day turned off the red light that allowed the director to know if Rowan was in danger during the scene.
