Film Deaths[]
- Tosca (The Story of Tosca) (1941) [Mario Cavaradossi]: Executed by a firing squad. (I haven’t seen this but I’m familiar with the storyline of the opera).
- Legend of the Lost (1957) [Paul Bonnard]: Shot to death by Sophia Loren after Rosanno (non-fatally) stabs John Wayne.
- Dark Purpose (L’Intrigo) (1964) [Count Paolo Barbarelli]: Drowned after he falls into a fountain, while Shirley Jones looks on helplessly.
- Krakatoa, East of Java (1969) [Giovan]: Presumably drowned in a large tidal wave caused by the erupting volcano. (We don't exactly see what happens to him, but he is among the ones who stayed with the village).
- The Italian Job (1969) [Roger Beckermann]: Killed in a car accident (we only see the explosion) at the end of a tunnel where is car is crushed by a bulldozer then thrown into the river.
- Heroes Die Hard (Mister Kingstreet’s War) (1973) [Captain Bernadelli]: Shot in the chest by Brian O’Shaughnessy as Rossano approaches John Saxon.
- Final Justice (1985) [Don Lamanna]: Accidentally shot with a shotgun blast by one his own men.
