Alexander (2004) [Roxane]: Killed (off-screen) by an assassin, several years after the death of Colin Farrell; her death is mentioned in Anthony Hopkins' narration at the end of the movie.
The Devil's Rejects (2005) [Nurse Marcia]: Although she survives the actual film. There is a deleted scene where her throat is torn out by Dr. Satan (Walter Phelan) in his hospital room.
Killshot (2008) [Donna]: Shot to death (off-screen) by Joseph Gordon-Levitt in her apartment; we only hear the shot while Mickey Rourke is waiting in the car outside.
Seven Pounds (2008) [Emily Posa]: Is temporarily clinically dead when she flatlines on the operating table; she is revived after Will Smith's heart is transplanted into her.
Raze (2013) [Rachel]: Strangled by Tracie Thoms at the end of a fight.
Justice League Dark: Apokolips War (2020; animated) [Diana Prince aka Wonder Woman]: Erased from existence when Flash (Christopher Gorham) went back in time to restart the Timeline.
Clerks III (2022) [Becky Scott]: Dies in a car accident prior to the events of the film. She reappears as a spirit and talks with Brian O'Halloran several times throughout the movie.

Love, Death & Robots: Swarm (2022; animated) [Dr. Galina Mirny]: Killed (off-screen) by the aliens; her body is then taken over by the ancient alien entity.
