- Die Another Day (2002) [Miranda Frost]: Stabbed in the chest (with a knife that was embedded in a copy of the book The Art of War) by Halle Berry at the end of a fight on a plane. (Thanks to Nick, S., Jeff and Mike)
- Burning Palms (2010) [Dedra]: Commits suicide by slitting her wrists in the bathtub (while still wearing her bra and panties). (Thanks to Matt)
- Gone Girl (2014) [Amy Dunne]: Although Rosamund survives the film in reality, there's a fantasy sequence invovling Rosamund committing suicide by drowning herself to frame her husband (Ben Affleck) as Rosamund describes what she plans to do.
- A United Kingdom (2016) [Ruth Williams]: Dies (off-screen) many years after the events of the film and buried alongside David Oyelowo; her death is mentioned in the closing text.
