Film Deaths[]
- River of No Return (1954) [Harry Weston]: Shot in the back by Tommy Rettig, when he tries to kill Robert Mitchum.
- A Ticket To Tomahawk (1955) [Dakota]: Anne Baxter throws a knife into his back as he fights Dan Dailey on top of a train. Dailey then pushes him off.
- The Gun Hawk (1963) [Blaine Madden]: During a confrontation with lawman and former friend Rod Cameron, Calhoun had been shot in his gun arm and subsequently suffered blood poisoning. He recovers but is not as quick on the draw, so not wishing to die in a draw against Cameron, he pushes/goads Rod Lauren to draw against him and after deliberately wounding him he is killed in return.
- Motel Hell (1980) [Farmer Vincent Smith]: Slashed with a chainsaw during a fight with Paul Linke; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to Nina Axelrod.
- Hell Comes to Frogtown (1988) [Looney Tunes]: Dies of a head wound while fighting the frog men. He dies in a car while talking to Roddy Piper.
