Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (1999) [Nicholai Ginovaef]: Can die in one of two ways depending on player choice. If the player chose to have Catherine Disher push Tony Rosato off of a bridge, Tony impales Roger onto a set of ceiling pipes When Roger attempts to shoot Catherine. If the player chose to jump off the bridge, Roger can meet his end if the player chose to shoot down his helicopter in a firefight. Roger survives the encounter if the player chose to negotiate with Roger.
