- The Venetian Affair (1967) [Mike Ballard]: Shot in the head by an enemy agent after he opens his office door to let in a mortally-wounded agent of his own.
TV Deaths[]
- The Man From U.N.C.L.E The Ultimate Computer Affair (1965) [Captain Cervantes]: Killed, along with Charles Ruggles , when Robert Vaughn's timed explosive blows up the computer and Charles has hooked Roger's leg with his walking stick, preventing his escape. (Thanks to Brian)
- Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea: The Machines Strike Back (1965) [Admiral Halder]: Killed in an explosion, along with Francoise Ruggieri, when their undersea base is blown up by their own missile, after Richard Basehart reprograms the missile to send it back to them. (Thanks to Tom)
- I Spy: The Barter (1966) [Gordon Merritt]: Shot to death by a sniper while he's talking to Robert Culp and Bill Cosby.
- The Transformers: Grimlock's New Brain (1986; animated) [Unicron]: Killed for good when Strafe (Steve Bulen) disconnects his internal mechanisms to deactivate him.
