The 6th Day (2000) [P. Wiley]: Run over by Arnold Schwarzenegger, he is then brought back to life as a clone, which is then killed by having his neck snapped as he pulls a gun on Arnold (with his body later seen as Michael Rooker claims he's still alive). He is then brought back to life as another clone which is shot repeatedly by Tony Goldwyn causing him to fall down a metal staircase.
Savaged (2013, also known as Avenged) [Trey]: Hacked in the neck (having had his arm severed) with a tomahawk by an undead Amanda Adrienne who then decapitates him as he first impales then bisects her with a chainsaw, during a fight (his severed head and headless body are later seen as Marc Anthony Samuel discovers him).

Charmed: Hyde School Reunion (2004) [Rick Gittridge]: Melted with Toxic Acid by The Scabbar Demons when he was Glamoured to look like Drew Fuller.
NCIS: Los Angeles: The Only Easy Day (2009) [Detective Douglas Grozen]: Shot to death by LL Cool J, after LL emerges from a lake, just as Rodney is about to shoot Chris O'Donnell.
Burn Notice: Bad Breaks (2009) [Bank Robber]: Shot to death by Mark Sheppard.
Criminal Minds: Closing Time (2012) [Doug Summers]: Crushed to death in a car crusher by Geoffrey Blake after Geoffrey drops a car on top of Rodney after knocking him into the car crusher at the end of a struggle.
The Walking Dead: Here's Negan (2021) [Craven]: Beaten with a baseball bat by Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
