- Mortuary (2005) [Grady]: Impaled through the chest when a hand suddenly punches through him. He warns Dan Byrd and Alexandra Adi to run before dying.
- Triloquist (2008) [Norbert]: Electrocuted when he gets knocked into an electrical panel during a struggle with Paydin LoPachin; he dies shortly afterwards while talking to the dummy.
