- Inspector George Gently: Gently in the Blood (2009) [Maggie Alderton]: Raped and strangled to death by Tariq Jordan after she rejects his advances. Her body is shown at the scene when Martin Shaw and Lee Ingleby investigate and in a flashback to the murder near the end of the episode.
