- The Hospital (1971) [Guernsey]: Dies of respiratory failure in the hospital, after being given the wrong medication due to misdiagnosis.
- Slaughterhouse-Five (1972) [Wild Bob Cody]: Dies (off-screen) of a respiratory infection and exposure while being transported to a POW camp in Germany by rail, his body is shown in a pile alongside others who didn't survive the journey.
- Flashpoint (1984) [Amarillo]: Shot in the chest by Kurtwood Smith's henchman.
- The Last Temptation of Christ (1988) [Aged Master]: Dies (off-screen) of old age/natural causes; his body is shown afterwards when Willem Dafoe sees him being carried off (with the implication the Roberts, whom Willem had encountered the night before that been his spirit). (Thanks to Tommy)
